Old Union Cemetery (Union Baptist Church Cemetery), Vertrees, Hardin Co., KY - This Cemetery is about 300 feet North of SR-86, accessed by a dirt driveway, about one mile west of of the small community of Vertrees. The Cemetery has well over 100 interments (based on broken stones and crosses), although I could only read about 10 of the stones on 29 Jun 2006.
Jonathan Harned and Catherine Smithers Bean 2 N37 42.365 W86 08.864 Eneas Harned, son of Jonathan and Catherine Smithers (Bean) Harned, is reported on the Internet to have been buried here also, although his stone could not be found on visits in August 2005 or 29 Jun 2006.
